现代职业教育需要足够数量职业化、专业化的专家型教师队伍,本文强调以"私人订制"模式培养专家型职教教师,明确专家型教师的专业化发展类型,并通过选择适合专家型教师的合理发展路径,释放有针对性的制度建设,从而促进职教教师专业化发展效能。

It is necessary for the modern vocational education to cultivate a sufficient number of profes-sional expert teachers. The thesis emphasizes to cultivate vocational expert teachers in the mode of＂personaltailor＂, maps out their professional development types, selects the reasonable and suitable development pathsand releases the targeted system construction, so as to promote the professional development of vocational edu-cation teachers.
