国外职教师资培训模式对我国“双师型”教师培养的启示

国外发达国家在工业化进程发展的同时,其职业教育在培养模式和管理机制上也取得了很大成功。各国根据自己的国情和需求,在高职院校的师资队伍建设、管理及培训等方面形成了各自不同的特色,积累了丰富的经验。借鉴和吸取他们在职业教育发展中的有益经验,对我国高职"双师型"教师培养和队伍建设将会有所启迪。

Developed foreign countries＇ vocational education has achieved great success in the trainingmodes and administrative systems during the process of the industrial development. Each country, based on itsnational conditions and demands, has formed its own peculiarities and accumulated rich experience in the con-struction, administration and training of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. We can get some revela-tions on the double professionally-titled teachers＇ training and construction in our country by drawing and ab-sorbing their beneficial experience in the development of the vocational education.
