社会转型视域下的执政党利益整合机制研究

Study on the Integration Mechanism of Ruling Party's Interest from the Perspective of Social Transformation

利益整合是政党的重要功能,转型期中共面临着阶层分化导致利益诉求多元化,各阶层矛盾冲突加剧,社会纵向流动通道阻滞,权力行使不公与腐败现象严重,传统的政治权威大量流失等利益整合的挑战。要夯实中共的执政合法性基础,必须拥有雄厚的执政资源,建立畅通多元的利益表达机制,重视弱势群体利益诉求,建立公正开放的社会流动机制,坚持主流意识形态,遏制党内腐败,从而进一步巩固中共执政的合法性基础。

Interest integration is an important function of a party.During the transformation period,our party faces various challenges,namely,interests diversification caused by stratification,intensifying class conflict,block of social vertical mobility channel,unfair exercise of power and serious corruption phenomenon,loss of traditional political authority,etc.To consolidate the party＇s ruling legitimacy foundation,we must have strong governance resources,establish smooth diversified interest expression mechanism,pay attention to the interest demands of vulnerable groups,establish a fair and open social mobility mechanism,insist on the mainstream ideology,curb corruption in the party,so as to further consolidate the ruling legitimacy foundation of Chinese Communist Party.
