“05方案”实施以来理工院校形势与政策课教育状况和完善举措探析

形势与政策课教育是高校学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,改革开放后主要经过了"88方案"、"98方案"和"05方案"三个实施阶段。近年的实践证明,"05方案"是"88方案"和"98方案"的继承和发展,充分契合了理工院校开设形势与政策课的必要性,在取得了许多成就的同时也存在一些需要改进的问题。完善理工院校形势与政策课教育的举措可总结为以下几点:思想上深化认识、制度上落实完善、师资上加强建设、教学上强调特色。

The education of situation and policy course is an important component of the ideological and political education for college students which has mainly gone through three stages of implementation including＂88 project＂ ＂98 project＂ and＂05 project＂ after the ＂Reform and Open＂.Recent practice has proved that ＂05 project＂ is inheritance and development of ＂88 pro？ject＂ and ＂98 project＂.It fully corresponded to the necessity of launching ＂situation and policy course＂ in polytechnic colleges. While the education of ＂situation and policy course＂ in polytechnic colleges has made many achievements some problems need to be solved.To summarize the measures of improving situation and policy course education in polytechnic colleges include the following aspects which are deepening ideological cognition improving institutional implementation strengthening the construction of faculty and emphasizing characteristics in teaching.
