摘要
创新型国家的构建,需要创造性人才;创造性人才的培养,最终要落实到教学上。然而,传统教学所表现出来的教学理念陈旧、教学模式单一、教学方法异化禁锢了创造性思维和创造性人格的发展,阻碍了创造性人才的培养。交往教学基于建构性和解放性的基本特征,从思维和人格两个维度与创造性思维发展和创造性人格形成完美契合,为创造性人才培养提供了新视域。在交往教学的视域下,创造性人才的培养需要构建交互主体式教学、营造平等自由的心理环境以及开展丰富创造的交往活动。
The construction of an innovative country needs creative talents and the cultivation of creative talents eventually depends on the teaching. However the traditional teaching idea the single teaching mode and the teaching method of alienation confined the development of creative thinking and creative personality and hence hindered the cultivation of creative talents. Based on the construction and liberation communicative teaching provides a new horizon for cultivation of creative talents which perfectly fit creative thinking and creative personality from two dimensions of thinking and personality. In the perspective of com?municative teaching the cultivation of creative talents needs to construct interactive subject teaching build the equal and free psy?chological environment and carry out rich and creative communicative activities.
