广西地方标准《甘蔗霜冻灾害调查规范》的建立

The Establishment of the Guangxi Local Standard of Sugarcane Frost Disaster Investigation

【目的】为了加强甘蔗霜冻灾害的防治研究和灾损情况调查,在霜冻灾害发生后及时掌握受灾损失情况并提出科学应对措施,确保蔗糖业稳定可持续发展。【方法】在广西蔗区霜冻灾害多年面上和实地调查的基础上,经过数据分析汇总和实地调查工作经验积累,提出一套适合广西蔗区的甘蔗霜冻灾害调查标准规范。【结果】在提出的标准内容中:1规范了调查标准的适用范围;2规范了调查标准的术语和定义;3规范了调查原则、项目、组织和调查程序;4规范了调查内容和方法;5规范了调查数据的分析和受灾情况的评估;6规范了调查中所应配备的仪器设备;7规范了调查填写表格的式样;8规范了调查报告的式样。【结论】该标准的提出,形成了甘蔗霜冻灾害调查工作的调查原则、方法、内容及评价标准,并切合生产实际制作了相关调查表格,可为甘蔗霜冻灾害调查工作提供科学合理的参考,提高调查工作效率,及时进行甘蔗受害评估和指导甘蔗生产,促进我区蔗糖业可持续发展。

【Objective】In order to explain why Guangxi local standard of sugarcane frost disaster investigation was established, which was for improving sugarcane frost disaster prevention research and damage investigation,scientific countermeasures timely to ensure sustainable development of sugarcane industry was raised.【Method】On the basis of investigation experience and the data analysis result for many years, we established a local standard of frost disaster investigation that it suitable for Guangxi sugarcane planting area. 【Result】In the content of the standard, 1） Standardizes the scope of investigation. 2） Standardize the terms and definitions. 3） Standardizes the principle, project, organization and procedures. 4） Standardizes contents and methods. 5） Standardizes data analysis and assessmentscale. 6） Standardizes instruments and equipments. 7） Standardizes form style. 8）Standardizes reportstyles. 【Conclusion】For the establishing of the standard, the principle, method, content and evaluation for the investigation work were formed, and a series of relevant investigation form were made, that it could provide a scientific and reasonable reference for frost disaster investigation work to evaluate and guide the cane production.
