植物新品种特异性(Distinctness)、一致性(Uniformity)和稳定性(Stability)(简称为DUS)测试指南,是进行植物品种DUS测试的技术文件。通过连续两个生长周期的试验观测,编制了甜菊品种DUS测试指南。主要阐述了甜菊测试指南的研制原则、编制过程和主要内容。

The distinctness, uniformity and stability（DUS） test guideline of plant varieties was the technical standards for the DUS test. The test guideline of stevia（Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni） was developed based on the result of measurements and observations for two growing cycles of stevia. This paper gave detail description of compilation principle, the development process and the main content of stevia test guideline.
