摘要
利用改进的Hummers方法制备了氧化石墨烯,采用浸蘸式层层组装技术在棉织物表面制备氧化石墨烯/聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵盐酸盐(GO/PDDA)多层膜,并测试其电磁屏蔽性能,探讨GO/PDDA多层膜沉积层数对电磁屏蔽性能的影响.结果表明,随着GO/PDDA多层膜沉积层数的增加,氧化石墨烯在棉织物表面的含量增多,棉织物电磁屏蔽性能提升.当GO/PDDA多层膜层数为15时,电磁屏蔽效能达到3.16dB,表明52%的电磁波被具有电磁屏蔽性能的棉织物屏蔽.
Graphene oxide was synthesized by modified Hummers method.The graphene oxide diallyldimethylammoium chloride(GO/PDDA)multilayer films were assembled on cotton fabrics through layer-by-layer technique and the electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency was investigated.The relationship between the numbers of GO/PDDA multilayers and the electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency was evaluated.The results show that the amount of graphene oxide is increased with more layers of GO/PDDA onto cotton fabrics.And the shielding efficiency of cotton fabric deposited with 15 layers of GO/PDDA is 3.16 dB,which indicates that 52% of incident wave is shielded.
