摘要
为比较不同地区牛角瓜纤维的结构与性能,选用了肯尼亚Kibwezi地区、Tharaka地区以及中国云南东川地区的牛角瓜纤维为代表试样,分别采用扫描电子显微镜、排图法、中段切断称重法、X-射线衍射仪以及XQ-2型单纤维强伸度仪对其长度、线密度、聚集态结构及拉伸性能进行测试.通过测试与分析发现:不同地区牛角瓜纤维结构和性能都存在一定差异性,肯尼亚地区纤维的拉伸性能优于中国云南地区的纤维,且纤维长度、强度与果实体积呈正相关,纤维线密度与果实体积呈负相关.
To compare the structure and performance of different calotropis gigantea fibers from different regions,three kinds of calotropis gigantea fibers from Kibwezi and Tharaka area of Kenya and Dongchuan area of Yunnan province of China were selected as samples and tested in their length,linear density,state of aggregation structure and tensile performance by scanning electron microscope,layout method,cut-weight measurement,X-ray-diffracter,single-fiber-elongater(XQ-2 type),respectively.The results show that fiber structures and performance from different areas are quite different,and the tensile performance of the Kenya-produced fibers is better than that of the Yunnan-produced one.Besides,the fiber length and strength are positively correlated with the size of the fruit,while the fiber linear density is negatively correlated with the fruit size.
