摘要
以碳碳双键封端的水性聚氨酯(WPUA)乳液为种子乳液,与全氟聚醚丙烯酸酯(FA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)进行乳液聚合,制得水性含氟丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯(WFPUA)复合乳液,通过红外光谱(IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析(TG)等对乳液及胶膜结构进行表征.结果表明,WFPUA复合乳液具有核壳结构,经丙烯酸酯改性后膜的热稳定性有所提高,经该复合乳液整理的棉织物具有较好的表面性能,对水的接触角达到142°,对石蜡油的接触角达到124°.
A series of novel waterborne fluorinated polyurethane-acrylate(WFPUA)composite latexes were synthesized via free radical emulsion polymerization by using vinyl-terminated waterborne polyurethane(WPUA)as seed emulsion with perfluoropolyether acrylate(FA),methyl methacrylate(MMA)and N-butyl acrylate(BA).The dried latexes and films were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), transmission electron miscrocopy(TEM) and thermogravimetry(TG).It is found that the latex has core-shell structure.The modified polymer shows good thermal stability by TG analysis.The surface of cotton fabrics treated with the composite latex has good surface property with 142°of contact angle for water and 124°for paraffin oil.
