简要介绍了道岔稳定车网络控制系统的研究开发背景,描述了道岔稳定控制原理与其总体设计思路,重点对稳定装置控制、夹钳控制和下压控制等关键技术进行详细阐述,并对CAN总线关键通信参数进行分析计算。装车试验表明系统运行稳定可靠。
The development background of network control system for turnout stabilizer was introduced.The turnout stabilizer principle and general design idea were described,focusing on the key technologies such as stabilizer control,clamper control and downforce control.Key communication parameters of CAN-bus were calculated and analyzed.Loading test show that the system runs reliably and stably.
