摘要
为改善某船舱内尤其是风管表面涂装MYF无溶剂环氧重防腐面漆后光泽过高(79°)的情况,在所用面漆中加入不同用量的消光粉,考察了所得漆膜的光泽与膜厚。发现消光粉用量为5%时,所得漆膜不仅光泽能满足要求,膜厚及性能也符合实船需要。
Aiming to solve the over-high gloss(79°) problem of the coating applied in a cabin, especially to the vent-pipe surface coated with MYF solvent-free epoxy heavy-duty anticorrosive topcoat, different amounts of matting powder were added to the topcoat, and the gloss and thickness of the coating obtained thereafter were studied. It was found that when the matting powder amount is 5%, not only the gloss but also the thickness and properties of the coating can meet the requirements.
