摘要
以信阳毛尖茶叶图像为研究对象,应用数字图像处理技术,提取图像的颜色特征参数,分析这些特征参数与信阳毛尖茶叶等级之间的联系,为信阳毛尖茶叶等级分类研究提供技术支撑.
Considering the image of Xinyang Maojian Tea,the color feature parameters of the image samples were extracted by applying the digital image preprocessing method, the characteristic parameters and the relationship between the level of Xinyang Maojian Tea were analyzed. The results can provide technical support to the research of Xinyang Maojian Tea classification.
