摘要
主要以模拟量飞机改型设计与数字化制造的具体要求为切入点进行研究,阐明了以综合切面模线为基础的零件逆向建模方法。该方法通过平板式扫描设备扫描零件的切面模线形成二维光栅图像,并通过正交网格线对二维光栅图像进行失真校正和矢量化处理,最终通过矢量化的切面模线对飞机零件进行逆向建模。结合飞机零件的逆向建模过程,进行了详细描述。
An aircraft part reverse modeling method based on comprehensive section lofting is presented for the numerical manufacture and structural betterment of the dated simulated aircraft. The method mainly includes the following technical steps: achieving a two-dimensional raster image by using the planar scanning equipment to scan the section lofting, distortion-correcting and vectorization processing of the two-dimensional raster image by using the orthogonal grid lines, and finally reverse modeling of the aircraft part through the vectored section lofting. The method is described in detail by an aircraft part reverse modeling process.
