增液胃肠复原汤对腹部手术后胃肠功能的影响

Influence of ZengYe WeiChang FuYuan Tang on Gastrointestinal Function of the Patients after Abdominal Operation

目的:探讨增液胃肠复原汤对腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将106例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例。对照组于术后给予抗炎、消肿、保肝、补液等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上口服增液胃肠复原汤。观察2组肠蠕动恢复时间,肛门排气、排便时间,腹胀时间,统计临床疗效。结果:肠蠕动恢复时间、肛门排气、排便时间观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05),腹胀程度改善情况、临床疗效观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:增液胃肠复原汤可明显改善腹部手术后胃肠功能,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the influence of ZengYe WeiChang FuYuan Tang on gastrointestinal function of the patients after abdominal operation. Methods： All 106 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 53 cases each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine treatment after the operation such as anti-inflammation, reducing the swelling, protecting the liver, fluid infusion and others; the observation group took ZengYe WeiChang FuYuan Tang on this basis. Return time of peristalsis, the time of anal exhaust and defection, abdominal distension time were observed to assess clinical effects. Results： The observation group was shorter than the control group in return time of peristalsis, the time of anal exhaust and defection, abdominal distension time obviously（P〈0.05）, the observation group was superior to the control group in the degrees of abdominal distension and clinical effects（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ZengYe WeiChang FuYuan Tang could obviously improve gastrointestinal function of the patients afterabdominal operation, and it could obtain notable effects.
