摘要
将电感耦合等离子体质谱技术应用于卷烟纸中锌、硒、锂、镁测定,根据卷烟纸的特殊性,样品利用微波消解的方法,分析时采用电感耦合等离子体质谱检测。该方法具有良好的线性(r=0.999977~0.999998)和精密度(RSD在5.0%以下),回收率在95.8%~102.3%之间,检出限在0.054μg/L^0.121μg/L之间。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠。
Considering the particularity of cigarette paper,in this paper a method for the determination of Zn,Se,Li and Mg in cigarette paper simultaneously by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion was studied.This method had good linear behavior(r=0.999977~0.999998)and precision(RSD5.0%).Recovery rate was 95.8% ~102.3% and the detection limit was 0.054μg/L^0.121μg/L.This method was simple,high sensitivity and convenient to be operated,and the testing result was precise and reliable.
