摘要
目的:为满足现代战场消化道疾病诊治的需要,设计一种基于低功耗片上系统的智能胶囊式内窥镜检查系统。方法:在降低功耗、双向可控通信模式、无损图像压缩器、提高图像分辨率4个方面进行设计,主要由体内采集图像数据的胶囊式内窥镜、负责储存数据的便携式记录仪、负责图像处理的图像工作站3个部分构成。结果:该内窥镜系统进一步缩小了胶囊式内窥镜的体积,大幅延长了工作时间;捕获图像的最大分辨率达480×480像素,最高图像传输速率可达12帧/s。结论:该内窥镜系统实现了更小体积、更长工作时间、更高分辨率以及双向通信、便于传输等设计目标,较好地满足了消化道疾病监测与诊断的需求。
Objective To design and develop an intelligent capsule endoscopy system based on low power dissipation SOC for diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in modern battlefield. Methods The system was designed with considerations on low power consumption, two-way controllable communication mode, lossless image compressor and high image resolution, which was composed of a capsule endoscope for acquiring image data, a portable recorder for storing data and a image workstation for image processing. Results The system decreased the size of the capsule endoscope while increased the working time greatly, with the maximum image resolution being 480×480 pixels and the highest image transmission rate being12 frames per second. Conclusion The system meets the desired targets in size, working time, resolution, two-way communication and transmission, and thus facilitates the monitoring and treatment of digestive tract diseases.
