临床营养诊疗信息系统的设计与应用

Design and application of clinical nutrition diagnosis and treatment information system

目的:提升医院临床营养管理综合效率与效益。方法:根据三甲评审要求和医院实际营养管理需要,基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,采用"平台框架+功能模块"的方法,设计临床营养诊疗信息系统。数据库系统为Oracle11g,并以独立表空间的形式存储在医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)数据库。结果:营养诊疗系统与电子病历系统高度集成融合,营养诊疗、会诊均可在医生工作站处理与完成,营养诊疗质量与效率均得到大幅提升。结论:临床营养诊疗系统构建了信息化的患者营养风险评估和营养诊疗体系,满足了医院营养诊疗管理控制需要。

Objective To promote the efficiency and benefit of hospital clinical nutrition management. Methods A clinical nutrition diagnosis and treatment information system was developed based on requirements of grade A tertiary hospital approval,B/S architecture as well as the method combining platform architecture and function modules. Oracle11 g database was adopted,which was stored in HIS database with the form of independent table space. Results The system developed was highly integrated with electronic medical record system, which executed nutrition diagnosis, treatment and consultation in the doctor workstation so as to enhance the quality and efficiency of nutrition diagnosis. Conclusion The system facilitates the informatized patient nutrition risk evaluation and nutrition diagnosis.
