异常甘油三酯在不同生化分析仪稀释检测结果分析

摘要 目的:探讨同厂家不同型号的2台生化分析仪对高甘油三酯标本稀释后检测结果的一致性及可行性。方法:分别把高甘油三酯标本的不同浓度,由原倍进行2倍、4倍、8倍、16倍稀释。用AU2700型和AU400型2台生化分析仪对同一标本检测2次,求其均值,并对数据进行统计分析,评价2个检测系统的一致性。结果:高甘油三酯标本原倍检测时,2台生化分析仪偏倚-19.81%~72.30%不等;稀释2倍时,偏倚-6.04%~18.18%;稀释4倍时,偏倚-5.39%~28.12%;稀释8倍时,偏倚-3.31%~36.01%;稀释16倍时,偏倚-0.42%~42.05%。随着稀释度增加,AU2700型生化分析仪检测结果下降,AU400型生化分析仪检测结果升高。结论:高浓度的甘油三酯标本超出线性范围时要适当稀释,稀释2倍时理论上在可接受范围,但在临床上不能接受;稀释4倍时95%在可接受范围,结果基本能接受。2台生化分析仪检测高浓度甘油三酯标本前要校准、比对,才能保证不同仪器在实验室检测结果的一致性。 Objective To explore the consistency and feasibility of using two biochemistry analyzers from one manufacturer to test diluted abnormal triglyceride. Methods The original solution of triglyceride was diluted by 2, 4, 8 and 16 times, and then all concentrations of solution were tested by AU2700 and AU400 biochemistry analyzers respectively. The mean values of the test results were calculated and underwent statistical analysis to evaluate the consistency of the two analyzers. Results The original triglyceride solution had the bias of the two analyzers between-19.81% and 72.30%, which was between-6.04% and18.18% in case of the solution diluted by 2 times, between-5.39% and 28.12% in case of the solution diluted by 4 times,between-3.31% and 36.01% in case of the solution diluted by 8 times, and between-0.42% and 42.05% in case of the solution diluted by 16 times. The test results by AU2700 biochemistry analyzer decreased with the dilution rising, while those by AU400 biochemistry analyzer increased with the raised dilution. Conclusion High-concentration triglyceride solution beyond linear range has to be diluted, and is acceptable theoretically while inacceptable when being diluted by 2 times. The solution diluted by 4 times has 95% of the results in acceptable range. The two analyzers have to be calibrated before testing high-concentration triglyceride specimen so as to ensure the consistency of the test results.
