伤口闭合在院前急救和临床工作中有重要的意义,伤口闭合器材在伤口闭合中发挥着重要作用。介绍了国内外伤口闭合器材的主要种类和应用现状,分析了国内外不同类型伤口闭合器材的优缺点,指出了伤口闭合器材在临床应用和院前急救中面临的问题及发展前景,以期为医疗工作人员及研究人员的工作提供一定的参考。

Wound closure plays a very important role in pre-hospital first aid and clinical treatment. Medical wound closure and skin stretching equipment play a significant role in closure of serious wounds with skin defect. The domestic and foreign wound closure and skin stretching equipment was reviewed at first. Then the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of equipment were introduced. Finally, the problems in the field were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the domestic medical workers and researchers.
