摘要
针对研配液压机行程分辨率低、位置调节能力不足的缺点,结合已有的"驱动单元"专利技术,提出了一种通过"驱动单元"和PLC控制器对研配液压机行程精密控制的新方案,并对其进行分析。应用该方案进行步进式位移实验,利用光栅传感器进行位移信号检测。通过具体的实验数据分析,最终验证了该方案是能够实现对研配液压机行程的精确控制。
Die spotting hydraulic press has a low stroke resolution and inadequate position adjustment capability,a new solution was proposed,according to the existing "Drive Unit" patented technology,to precisely control stroke for die spotting hydraulic press. This solution was applying to conduct step type displacement experiment. Grating sensor was utilizing to conduct displacement signal detection. It showed that this solution can accomplish to precisely control stroke for die spotting hydraulic press by analyzing detail data.
