摘要
针对某液压折弯机执行机构在运动功能方面的需要,在吸收传统折弯机油缸的行程调节方式的基础上,设计出一种新型液压缸,主要采用蜗杆蜗轮机构及梯形螺纹传动的工作原理,实现液压缸行程可调,利用单片机技术或PLC技术,实现液压折弯机的行程自动精确调节。该液压缸的结构简单、行程调节相当方便,在实践过程中使用效果较好,特别适合于要求行程可调的液压装备。
For a hydraulic press brake actuators in motor function need,based on stroke adjustment mode of traditional bending machine,a new type of hydraulic cylinder is designed. Stroke adjustable of hydraulic cylinder is completed based on working principle of worm and worm gear mechanism and trapezoidal screw threads transmission. Motion stroke hydraulic bending machine is adjusted automatically through using single chip microcomputer technology or PLC technology. The hydraulic cylinder structure is simple and adjustment easy,it is better to use in practice,especially suitable for requirement schedule adjustable hydraulic equipment.
