乙烯基硅油合成中物料转化率的测试方法探讨

摘要 采用四甲基氢氧化铵催化法及阳离子交换树脂法进行乙烯基硅油的合成。采用热重分析仪分析乙烯基硅油合成中物料的转化率。研究发现,热重法可快速确定乙烯基硅油合成中物料的转化率;同时可对反应进程进行快速跟踪。最佳分析条件为:升温范围50-700℃,升温速率40℃/min,样品质量10 mg。 Vinyl silicone oil was synthesized by tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide catalytic method and cation exchange resin method. The conversion rate in the synthesis of vinyl silicone was analyzed by thermogravimetric. It is found that the thermogravimetric method can quickly detect the conversion rate of vinyl silicone oil. At the same time,it can track the reaction process quickly. The best analysis conditions are as follows: temperature range from 50 to 700℃,the heating rate is 40℃ / min,and the sample quality is 10 mg.
