河南省传统村落保护与利用研究

Survey & Analysis of the situation of the Preserving and Making use of the Traditional Village in Henan Province

河南省丰富多变的地形地貌特征、悠久的农耕文化传统以及繁荣的商贸活动,形成了类型丰富、数量众多的传统村落。通过选取河南省最具特点的传统村落进行摸排普查,重点调研村落形态及民居特征、保护现状、民生状况、利用及管理现状等项内容,总结整理河南传统村落的保护利用模式,并分别从保护与利用的关系、保护与利用的路径与方法、发展动力和战略以及权益分配等层面,对目前河南传统村落保护利用存在的问题进行了深入细致地分析。基于此,提出河南传统村落保护利用原则,并在行动策略层面,提出编制《河南省传统村落保护与利用战略规划纲要》,重点培育扶持不同类型、不同资源禀赋条件的传统村落,有针对性地进行推广示范。

Because of the diverse geography pattern, long agriculture history and prosperous commercial activities, numerous diverse traditional villages come into being. According to the survey of traditional villages in typical area, focusing on village pattern, current preservation situation, local lifestyle, use？ and management situation, we make conclusion of the preserving and using pattern, and analyze the traditional village＇s current situation based on the relationship of how to preserve and how to make good use of, route and method, developing strategy and distribution of rights and benefits, etc.Above all, this thesis put forward to the main principle of traditional village, that is leading by village plan, adjusting by policy,coordination among different units, expert intervention, participation of villagers. Furthermore, this thesis put forward to the act strategy to Henan traditional villages, that is, making overall plan of Henan traditional village preserving and using, creating different models based on different carrying capacity and culture background, and popularizing in the whole province.
