摘要
随着我国经济的发展,劳务派遣发展态势呈现出迅猛之态,但也暴露出许多问题。本文分析了我国劳务派遣发展的原因及其利弊、现状,并就如何对劳务派遣有效进行法律规制提出了一些建议。
With the development of economics in China,the labor dispatching has also been developing rapidly these years. Nevertheless,the rapid development of labor dispatching also brought some problems. Through analyzing the reasons,advantages and disadvantages as well as the current situation of labor dispatching,the article made some suggestions on how to make legal regulation of the labor dispatching.
