摘要
教师自主发展是教师促进自身综合素质不断提升进而实现自我超越的过程。因人才培养目标的特殊性,应用型本科院校的外语教师应积极寻求自主发展。课堂教学场域作为一个时空整体,为外语教师自主发展提供了理想载体。对这一载体下教师自主发展的现状进行分析,可以激发教师通过"自我驱动",寻求自我发展,实现作为教师的生命价值。
Teachers' autonomous development is the effective way to improve their comprehensive qualities and to achieve self- transcendence. Because of the particularity of talent training target,the foreign language teachers in application- oriented universities should actively seek the approaches to develop themselves. Classroom teaching offers the FL teachers an ideal carrier to conduct autonomous development. The current situation of teachers' autonomous development in teaching field is talked about,as well as the theoretical analysis,so as to encourage the teachers to achieve life value by "self driving".
