How to Generalize the Features of Police Colleges

办学理念对办学特色的形成具有决定性作用。公安院校办学的政治性和教学内容的特定性,使其具有较强的共性特征。在我国目前的教育体制下,在公安院校条块分布的情况下,公安院校要实现各自鲜明的办学特色并不容易。针对我国大多数公安院校的办学层次现状,不追求宏观总揽式的办学特色表述,而使其由理念引领走向操作实践、由历史积淀走向传承创新、由单向凝聚走向多维合成,应该是公安院校打造办学特色的三个现实路向。

The idea of running a school plays a decisive role in forming the feature of the school. Police colleges have obvious common characteristics due to their political natures and special teaching contents. In the current education system of China, it is not easy for a police college to show its feature. According to the situation of police colleges, there＇re three ways for them to generalize and realize their features： to make the idea leading turn to practice, to develop historical experience to be inheritance and innovation, and to change one-direction summary to be multi-dimension synthesis while do not pursue macroscopical expression.
