以吉林省村庄变迁为研究对象,论述了吉林省村庄变迁的总体情况,分析了村庄变迁中存在的问题及其未来发展趋势,并就科学引导村庄变迁提出了建议,即村庄变迁要充分尊重农民意愿;村庄合并要注意产权关系和利益分配问题;要避免触碰耕地红线,注重生态保护;要做大做强村集体经济,鼓励实行股份制管理;要做好失地农民安置工作,解决农业转移人口市民化问题。

Taking the changes of villages in Jilin Province as the research object,this paper discusses the overall situation of changes of villages in Jilin Province,analyzes problems during the changes and the future trend,and proposes the relevant suggestions on how to scientifically guide the changes of villages,that is,the willingness of farmers should be respected; Ownership and distribution of interests should be paid attention in village merging; The touching of the farmland red line should be avoided and ecological protection should be paid attention to; Village collective economy should be done bigger and stronger and the implementation of stock management should be encouraged; The resettlement of land- lost farmers should be done and the issue of transforming farmers into townspeople should be solved.
