摘要
以3部不同时期文学作品《西游记》《彷徨》《檀香刑》的汉英文本为语料,对比汉英两种语言中对于拟音词这一修辞手法的不同处理,探讨其修辞翻译的可行性和4种常用翻译策略:留声存意、舍声取意、添声达意和造声传意。
On the basis of research on bilingual works of Journey to the West,Wandering and Sandalwood Death,it is proposed in the thesis how to employ the translation strategies of keeping both the sound and the meaning,keeping the meaning at the expense of the sound,adding the sound to complete the meaning and creating the sound to convey the meaning.
