新疆维稳民兵情绪状态心理应激应对方式的相关性研究

Correlation study among emotional state, mental stress and coping style in militias maintaining social stability in Xinjiang

目的探讨维稳民兵情绪状态、应对方式、心理应激三者间的关系，为制定有针对性的心理应激干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法抽取832名新疆维稳民兵应用正性负性情绪量表、简易应对方式问卷和军人心理应激自评问卷进行测评分析，并使用AMOS21．0进行路径分析。结果维稳民兵军人心理应激自评问卷评分与简易应对方式问卷的消极应对维度分、正性负性情绪量表的正性情绪及负性情绪因子分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05或0．01）。回归分析显示，维稳民兵心理应激的影响因素为负性情绪、消极应对，共解释总变异的29．1％；消极应对的影响因素为正性情绪、负性情绪，共解释总变异的10．6％。路径分析显示，负性情绪对心理应激有直接效应（路径系数为0．56），负性情绪通过消极应对对心理应激的间接效应值为0．0261，占总效应（0．5861）的4．5％；正性情绪通过消极应对间接影响心理应激，间接效应值为0．0099。结论负性情绪、消极应对是维稳民兵心理应激的两个重要影响因素；消极应对对情绪状态与心理应激具有中介作用。

Objective To explore the relationships among emotional state, coping style and mental stress in the militias maintaining social stability in Xinjiang. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Positive and Negative Affect Scale （PANAS）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） and Psycho- logical Stress Self-evaluation Test （PSET） in 832 militias selected according to random cluster sampling, the AMOS21.0 was used to carry out path analyses. Results The PSET score was positively related to negative coping score of the SCSQ as well as positive and negative emotion of the PANAS notably （P~ 0.05 or 0.01）. Regression analysis showed that influencing factors of mental stress were negative emotions and coping that explaining 29.1~ of total variance; influencing factors of negative coping were positive and negative emotions that explaining 10.6~ of total variance. Path analysis showed that negative emotions had direct a direct effect on mental stress （Path coefficient was 0.56） and an indirect effect vale of 0. 0261 on mental stress via negative coping which made up 4.5% of total effect （0. 5861） ; positive emotions had an indirect effect on mental stress via negative coping, indirect effect vale was 0. 0099. Conclusion Negative emotion and coping are two crucial influencing factors of mental stress in the militias maintaining social stability~ negative coping styles have a mediation between emotional state and mental stress.
