异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼对老年高血压患者手术麻醉临床效果分析

Clinical effects of propofol plus remifentanil operation anes- thesia in senile hypertension patients

目的探讨异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼对老年高血压患者手术麻醉的临床效果。方法将84例老年高血压手术患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组42例。研究组采用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉，对照组采用异丙酚进行麻醉，比较两组患者手术前和手术中收缩压、舒张压以及心率变化情况。结果手术中研究组血压及心率明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论手术麻醉中，采用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼对老年高血压患者维持麻醉，能充分保证患者血压及心率的稳定性，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of propofol plus remifentanil operation anesthesia in senile hypertension patients. Methods Eighty-four senile hypertension patients undergoing operation were assigned to two groups of 42 ones each according to random number table. Re- search group was anesthetized using propofol plus remifentanil and control group using propofol, pre- and intra-operative systolic, diastolic pressure and HR changes were compared between two groups. Results BP and HR were significantly better in research than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Intraoperative propofol plus remifentanil maintenance anesthesia could thoroughly ensure patients＇ BP and HR stability and deserves clinical generalization.
