海洛因依赖者脑电图特征分析

Analyses of EEG features of heroin dependence patients

目的了解海洛因依赖患者的脑电图临床特征，以探讨脑电图在反应海洛因依赖患者脑功能中的临床价值。方法对500例海洛因依赖患者进行脑电图描记，并对检查结果进行分析。结果本组患者脑电图异常率为75．0％，主要表现为a波频率减慢，波幅增高，慢活动明显增多，β活动增强，有阵发节律。结论海洛因依赖患者脑电图异常率较高，脑电图能客观地了解患者大脑功能变化，为临床提供客观指标。

Objective To investigate EEG features of heroin dependence （HD） patients in order to explore clinical value of HD patients. Methods EEGs were carried out EEG in reflecting brain function of in 500 HD patients and examination results analyzed. Results Abnormal rate of EEG was 75.0% in the patients and main manifestations of abnormal EEG were that a-wave frequency slowed down, amplitude heightened, slow-activities increased notably, β activity strengthened and paroxysmal rhythm emerged. Conclusion Abnormal rate of EEG ishigher in HD patients, EEG could objectively reflect patients＇ brain function changes and provide objective in- dex for clinic.
