论五行人体质理论在脑卒中后抑郁治疗中的应用

On the application of constitution theory based on five elements in the treatment of post-stroke depression

依据《黄帝内经·灵枢》中五行人体质理论的相关论述，归纳木、火、土、金、水5种不同体质类型，据此提出对脑卒中后抑郁患者因人制宜的治疗方案，论证五行人体质理论在治疗脑卒中后抑郁中的作用，结果表明五行人体质理论在临床应用中符合辩证施治的治疗原则。

Five different constitution types of wood, fire, earth, metal and water were concluded according to five element constitution theory of the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor Miraculous Pivot, therefore individualized therapeutic regimen was put forward, roles of five element constitution theory in the treatment of post-stroke depression（PSD） were demonstrated, results showed that five element constitution theory was in line with the therapeutic principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation clinically.
