优质护理服务在精神科护理中的应用价值

Application value of high-quality nursing service in psychiatric nursing

目的探讨优质护理服务在精神科护理中的应用效果。方法对82例精神分裂症患者实施优质护理服务，于护理前后采用自编量表评定患者的生活质量、自尊、护理满意度情况，比较患者意外事件、投诉事件发生率。结果给予优质护理服务后，本组患者的心理社会、动力与精力评分均显著低于优质护理服务前（P〈0．01），自尊和护理满意度评分均显著高于优质护理服务前（P〈0．01），意外事件和投诉事件发生率均显著低于优质护理服务前（P〈0．01）。结论优质护理服务能够有效提高患者生活质量和护理满意度，增强患者自尊心，减少意外事件和投诉事件发生。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing service in psychiatric nursing. Methods High-quality nursing services were given to 82 schizophrenics, quality of life, self-esteem and satisfaction to nursing assessed using self-made scale before and after nursing, and patients ＇ accident and complaint events compared. Results After high-quality nursing service patients＇ psychosocial, power and energy score were significantly lower compared with those before （P〈0.01）, self-esteem and satisfaction to nursing higher （P〈0. 01）, and the incidences of accident and complaint events lower （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion High-quality nursing service could effectively boost patients＇ quality of life, reinforce their self-esteem, and lower the developments of accident and complaint events.
