56例食管癌患者术后延续饮食指导的实践 被引量:47

Practice of continuing diet nursing for 56 post-operative esophageal cancer patients

摘要 为了改善食管癌患者术后的营养状况,对56例食管癌根治术患者出院后进行延续饮食指导。通过健康宣教资料的发放、电话随访式饮食指导、网络平台的健康教育、专家门诊等方式,在患者出院后就饮食营养问题给予专业支持及指导,降低食管癌患者术后营养不良风险及营养不良的发生率,减少术后吻合口狭窄的发生,提高患者术后饮食的遵从性,有效改善食管癌患者术后的营养状况。 In order to improve the nutritional status of patients,we provided continuing diet nursing for 56 esophageal cancer patients after discharge. Several nursing points were as follows: giving health education materials,follow-up dietary guidance by telephone,education via network platform,outpatient service of experts. Through the above methods,professional supports and guidance on diet were provided and the risk of malnutrition was reduced. Meanwhile,the occurrence of postoperative anastomotic stenosis was reduced,the compliance of patients with postoperative diet was improved,and the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer was also improved.
