重症肌无力患者自我感受负担及影响因素分析

The level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in myasthenia gravis patients

目的调查某三级甲等医院重症肌无力患者自我感受负担水平并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和自我感受负担量表,对某三级甲等综合医院符合纳入标准的94例重症肌无力患者进行调查。结果重症肌无力患者自我感受负担总得分为(36.90±6.17)分,其中重度负担13例(13.8%),中度负担51例(54.3%),轻度负担27例(28.7%),无明显负担3例(3.2%)。多元回归分析显示患者负担医疗费用、Osserman分型、疾病复发次数、照顾者年龄是患者自我感受负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应了解重症肌无力患者现况并进行有效评估,有针对性地从不同视角采取护理措施,从而提高患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in Myasthenia Gravis patients＇ and provide corresponding measures. Methods Totally 94 Myasthenia Gravis patients from one tertiary hospital in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province were investigated with the Self-Perceived Burden Seale（SPBS）. Results The total score of SPBS was 36.90±6.17,and 13.8% of the patients showed heavy burden,54.3% of the patients showed moderate burden,28.7% of the patients had light burden and 3.2% of the patients had no obvious burden. Multiple regression analysis showed that financial situation,Osserman clinical type,recurrent frequency,age of caregiver were main predictors of self-perceived burden in Myasthenia Gravis patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nurses should realize the current situation of Myasthenia Gravis patients and do effective assessment,implementing corresponding nursing interventions from different perspectives to impove the patients＇ quality of life.
