中医指压穴位法在产程中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine finger pressing of the acupoints during birth process

目的探讨中医指压穴位法在产程中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年8月至2014年12月符合阴道分娩条件的产妇400例,随机分为两组,实验组200例在常规护理基础上应用中医指压穴位法,对照组200例在阴道分娩过程中应用常规护理。并比较两组产妇焦虑情况、产程时间、产痛强度、分娩方式、新生儿窒息发生率和产后2h阴道出血率。结果实验组焦虑情况发生率低、产程缩短、产时疼痛强度减轻、新生儿窒息率和产后2h内出血率均降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);同时顺产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产程中应用中医指压穴位法,可明显缓解产妇的焦虑情绪,减轻产妇分娩过程中的疼痛、缩短产程、降低新生儿窒息率及产后出血量、增加顺产率,有效提高了产妇的分娩质量及护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine finger pressing of the acupoints during birth process. Methods A total of 400 puerperas in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 who were in accordance with conditions of vaginal delivery were divided into two groups randomly,200 puerperas in the control group received conventional nursing care in vaginal delivery;and 200 puerperas in the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine finger pressing of the acupoints on the basis of conventional nursing care. Anxiety,labor time,intensity of labor pain,delivery mode,neonatal asphyxia rate and vaginal bleeding volume after 2 hours postpartum were compared in two groups. Results The puerperas in the experimental group had lower incidence of anxiety,shorter labor process,lighter intrapartum pain intensity,and the rate of neonatal as- phyxia and the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery were decreased,compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; at the same time,vaginal delivery rate in the experimental group increased compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine finger pressing of the acupoints during birth process can obviously relieve maternal anxiety,reduce maternal pain in the process of childbirth, shorten production process, decrease the rate of neonatal asphyxia and postpartum blood loss,increase the rate of vaginal delivery,and effectively improve the quality of maternal delivery and nursing quality.
