整体观照:作为叙事策略的不可靠叙述研究

OVER VIEW: A STUDY OF UNRELIABLE NARRATION AS AN NARRATIVE STRATEGY

作为当代叙事理论研究的一个热点话题,不可靠叙述研究受到国内外学者的高度重视,西方叙事学界主要形成了修辞与认知两大研究方法,从而产生了两种完全不同的研究思路。不可靠叙述作为一种重要的叙述策略,必定是隐含作者有意为之,以达到某种叙述目的和审美效果的叙述安排;只有被读者充分理解这一策略,才能达到隐含作者所预期的叙述效果。认为只有我们从隐含作者的引导、整体文本语境、读者的多元解读等方面,用整体的视角观照去理解不可靠叙述时,才可能克服两种主流研究方法的片面与局限,实现对不可靠叙述的全面认知与把握。

As a hot topic in the study of contemporary narrative theory,the research on unreliable narration has been highly valued by scholars home and abroad. The mainstream views of two research methods of rhetoric and cognition are formed in the western narrative circles,therefore producing two different research routes. Unreliable narration,as an important narrative strategy,must be implied by the author in order to achieve some kind of narrative purpose and aesthetic effect. Only when this strategy is fully understood and seen through by the reader,can it achieve the desired results implied by the author. Therefore,when unreliable narration is appreciated from the perspective of the implicit author＇s guide,the whole text context and the multiple interpretation of the reader can the one-sidedness and limitations of the current two main research methods be overcome so as to fully comprehend and grasp unreliable narration.
