普通本科大学重视拔尖人才培养,是在高等教育大众化背景下更好地履行职能、适应高等教育新常态和自身发展的需要。要想开展好拔尖人才培养工作,就应当高度重视,成立相应的机构,加大投入;要结合实际选拔拔尖学生和结合学校特色开展教学工作;要对学生开展全程的科研训练。

Ordinary undergraduate universities should attach importance to the cultivation of top-notch talent,which is the demand for performing their functions better under the background of popularizing higher education and adapting themselves not only to the new normal of higher education but also to the development of their own. In order to do the work of training good talents better,great weight should be attached to the establishment of appropriate institutions and the increase in investment,the selection of top-notch talent according to actuality should be combined with the teaching work in light of the characteristics of the school and the whole process of scientific research and training should be carried out for students.
