摘要
中国工会第十五次代表大会提出了建设"学习型、服务型、创新型"(以下简称"三型")工会的要求和目标。建设"三型"高校工会是不断加强和改善各级工会组织的自身建设,增强工会组织的吸引力、凝聚力和战斗力的现实需要,是新时期加强工会建设的必然要求。结合高校工会工作实践,以建立科学的长效机制,进一步提升工会自身整体工作水平为目标,探讨"三型"工会的建设路径。
The Fifteenth Congress of the Chinese Trade Union puts forward the requirement and goal of building a ‘learning- oriented,service-oriented and innovation-oriented ‘ labor unions（ hereinafter referred to as‘three-typed labor union ‘）. The construction of ‘three typed＇labor unions in colleges universities is a practical need for strengthening and improving the self-construction of the trade unions at all levels and for enhancing the appeal,cohesion and fighting capacity of labor unions. The thesis discusses the ways of constructing‘three-typed‘ labor union according to the work practice of the trade unions in colleges and universities so as to establish a scientific long-term mechanism,aiming at further enhancing the overall level of the trade unions＇ work.
