HPLC法测定苦远志中远志皂苷元含量

Determination of the Bitter Polygala Senegenin in the Content by HPLC

目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定苦远志中远志皂苷元的含量。方法：色谱柱：WatersμBondapak C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.2%磷酸（70∶30）;柱温：30℃;流速：1mL/min;检测波长为210nm。结果：远志皂苷元在2.4220.55μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 0;平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD=0.92%。结论：该方法简便、快捷,结果准确,重现性好,可作为苦远志质量控制方法。

Objective：Objective：To establish HPLC method of content in Polygala.Methods：column：WatersμBondapak C18（4.6mm × 250mm,5μm）;mobile phase：methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid（70∶30）;column temperature：30℃;flow rate：1mL/min;detecti-on wavelength of 210nm.Results：senegenin of the injection volume was 2.4220.55μg the scope has a good linear relationship.r=0.999 0;average recovery was 99.82%,RSD=0.92%.Conclusion：This method is determination of the senegenin content method is simple,fast,accurate and reproducible,it can be as bitter Polygala quality control methods.
