摘要 目的:探索温度/pH双重敏感聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺/壳聚糖纳米水凝胶制备及性能。方法:采用大分子单体聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺在壳聚糖溶液中,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,以过硫酸胺为引发剂聚合。结果:所得产物为聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和壳聚糖的纳米半互穿网络水凝胶,并具有温度敏感性和pH敏感性。结论:该合成方法适用于制备双敏纳米水凝胶药用载体。 Objective:To investigate the preparation and of the properties thermo sensitive and pH sensitive poly(N-ispropylacrylamide)-chitosan nanogel.Methods:The polymerization was carried out in chitosan solution,PEGDMA using as the crosslinking agent,and ammonium sulfate using as the initiator.Results:The product was a semi-interpenetrating structured poly(N-ispropylacrylamide)-chitosan nanogel,and has the thermo sensitivity and pH sensitivity.Conclusion:This synthetic method is suitable for the preparation of the nanogel drug carrier with dual thermo/pH sensitivity.
