紫杉醇纳米颗粒制备和应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨不同方法制备紫杉醇脂质体颗粒的效果并进一步分析颗粒的物理稳定性。方法:分别采用超声薄膜法和逆相蒸发法制备紫杉醇脂质体颗粒,并对两种方法所制得的颗粒进行质量评价。结果:超声薄膜法制备的紫杉醇脂质体颗粒粒度小于逆相蒸发法制备的颗粒,但分散度略高,两者制备的颗粒物理稳定性均比较稳定。结论:超声薄膜法和逆相蒸发法均为制备紫杉醇纳米颗粒的良好方法,颗粒物理稳定性良好,适合做更进一步的药理学实验分析。
