Analysis on the Effective Treatment for Abnormal Tongue Perception by Acupuncture

目的:浅析针刺治疗肝郁气滞导致舌觉异常的临床疗效。方法:辨证为肝郁气滞、心火上炎,治以疏肝理气、清心调神、健脾益肾,采用局部取穴、循经远端取穴针刺治疗,每次30min,每日1次,14次为1个疗程。结果:4个疗程后诸症好转,继续间断治疗2个疗程,基本无碍。结论:针刺治疗肝郁气滞导致的舌觉异常有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study and analyze on acupuncture on treating abnormal tongue perception caused by stagnation of liver-Qi.Methods：Treat by soothing liver regulating qi,expelling heat of heart,regulating mentality,invigorating spleen and kidney through the syndromes different treatment of syndrome,tongue and pulse of the patient.Needle local acupoints plus acupuncture at distal acupoints along the related channels.30 minutes daily,and 14 days made one cause of treatment.Results：The clinical symptoms and signs of the patient were improved after 4 causes,and disappeared nearly after another 2 causes.Conclusion：Acupuncture is effective on treating abnormal tongue perception caused by stagnation of liver-Qi.
