中西医结合治疗癌性疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的:癌性疼痛是困扰癌症患者的主要症状之一,旨在探讨中西医结合治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取87例肿瘤患者,所有患者均口服中药汤剂及西医镇痛药进行联合治疗。观察14天,然后统计其治疗后疼痛改善情况、临床疗效、中医症状评分改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效87例(100%);疼痛评分及中医症状评分均有明显改善,与治疗前相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生不良反应17例(19.54%)。结论:中西医结合治疗癌性疼痛疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Cancer pain is one of the main symptoms which are troubling cancer patients.The purpose of this article is to explore the clinical effect of treating cancer pain with Chinese and Western medicine.Methods：we select 87 patients with cancer pain who were treatment with Chinese and Western medicine.All patients were treated with medicine decoction and analgesic tablets.We observe patients for 14 days,than we counted pain improvement after treatment,Clinical curative effect,improvement of TCM symptom score and adverse reactions.Results：Total effective rate was 87（100%）.The Pain score and TCM symptom scores were significantly improved.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 17（19.54%）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain is significant and high security,and it is worth promoting in the clinical.
