基于态度转变模型的党员干部廉政教育实效性研究

廉政教育是反腐倡廉建设的重要环节,廉政教育的效果一直受到社会的广泛关注。在态度转变理论视角下,当前我国党员干部廉政教育仍存在对廉政教育重视程度不够、教育内容较少内化到党员干部价值观体系的问题,主要是由于施教者缺少威信、受教者主体意识不明、廉政教育内容刻板重复、教育环境错综复杂等原因造成。因此,转变党员干部态度是提升廉政教育效果的关键,要树立清正廉明的教育者形象,重视党员干部个体需要和利益的满足,丰富廉政教育方式和内容,加强廉政教育情境的支持和引导,切实筑牢反腐倡廉建设的思想防线。

Integrity education plays an important role in combating corruption and building a clean government, and the effect of integrity education has been attracting extensive？attention. Viewed from the perspective of attitude change mode, current integrity education among Party members and cadres still faces problems of insufficient attention, scarce internalization into the value systems of Party members, which are due mainly to the lack of authority of the educators, vaguely defined subject status of the educated, repetition of teaching contents, and the complicated education environment. For this reason, transformation of attitudes of Party members and cadres plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effect of integrity education. The image of an honest and clean educator should be formed, attention should be paid to individual interests and needs, education methods and contents should be enriched, and an education circumstance should be supported and guided so that a spiritual defense line of honesty and anti-corruption can be strengthened.
