Among the domestic colleges and universities,Peking University has taken the lead in the establishment of the scientific instruments innovation center and the instruments innovation funds.The mission of this center is to propel the innovation and research of the scientific instruments,and to support the building of science and technology innovation system.This paper elaborates on the management of this center,including the foundation background,the mission,the organization,project evaluation, management effects,etc.
