摘要
介绍并比较了乳化-溶剂挥发法和微流控技术制备聚合物载药纳米粒的工艺特点,以形貌和粒度为评价指标,在一定优化工艺条件下制备得到光滑圆整、平均粒径为200nm的SB-3CT-PLGA纳米粒。该研究项目用于教学实验,有利于学生综合能力的培养,比如:掌握不同实验技术解决问题的能力,设计并组织实验、分析数据的能力及团队协作能力。
The emulsion-solvent evaporation and microfluidics techniques are applied in the current work to prepare SB-3CT loaded poly(1actic-co-glycolic acid)nanoparticles.The advantages and disadvantages of both methods are compared.It was shown that spherical SB-3CT-PLGA nanoparticles with a smooth surface and narrow distribution of a mean diameter of 200 nm could be obtained at an optimal condition.This research project could be further adopted to experimental teaching to promote comprehensive ability training of undergraduates,such as acquisition of alternative experimental techniques or skills to solve engineering problems,ability to conduct experiments and interpret data,and team-work cooperation ability.
