摘要
为探究影响光学图像相加减实验效果的因素及影响过程和变化规律,运用ASAP光学软件对不同参数下的实验光路进行三维建模、光线追迹、像面数据显示和仿真分析,给出了透光孔中心距不匹配、光栅横向微位移不足、光栅偏离谱面、透镜不等高同轴等情况下的像面仿真图,并在实验室中搭建光路,对各种仿真情况进行实验验证。结果表明,ASAP仿真结果与通过手机拍摄或CCD观察到的实验现象相符,仅当光路等高同轴、各元件严格定位、透光孔中心距与系统参数精确匹配、光栅横向精密移动1/4周期等条件满足时,才能获得好的图像周期性相加减效果。
In order to study what are the factors and the rules affecting the effect of the image addition and subtraction,ASAP(Advanced System Analysis Program)was used to model different experimental paths,trace rays,display the complex amplitude distribution on the image plane and then analyze.The image plane simulation diagrams were given corresponding to mismatched the light hole center distance,insufficient lateral displacement of the grating,position deviation of the grating from the frequency-plane,different height and coaxial lens.Besides,experimental verifications were performed in the laboratory.Results show that good experimental effects will be got only when the elements are of same optical height,coaxis and be strictly located,the light hole center distance is matched with system parameters,the grating transverse displacement is precisely 1/4grating period.The ASAP simulation results are consistent with pictures taken by cell phone or CCD observations under the laboratory circumstance.
