摘要 针对目前高校IT类人才培养滞后于行业发展需求、毕业实践环节有效性缺失、毕业生创新意识与专业实践能力不足等问题,提出了基于行业对专业能力需求的视角的IT类专业多段进阶式毕业实践教学改革方案。运用关键能力理论分析了IT类专业能力内涵并梳理其培养路径,设计了毕业实践教学综合改革的体系,明确实践教学环节的多段进阶式能力培养目标,引进顶点课程综合实践,创新虚拟企业校内实践,促进大学生关键能力与专业能力的融合培养。近5年的教学实践结果表明相应的毕业实践教学改革具有一定成效,学生实践创新能力与专业能力提升,得到同行及用人单位认可。 A teaching reform of multi-stage upgraded graduation practice for IT majors is proposed to tackle the currently pressing issues in today's higher education system,including technological training lags far behind industrial needs;graduation practice teaching is lack of validity,and graduates are lacking in innovation and professional practical abilities.The key ability theory is adopted to analyze the essence and groom the training path of IT professional abilities.A comprehensive graduation practice teaching system is designed which confirms the training goals of the graduation practice stages,introduces the capstone course mode training,makes innovations of campus virtual enterprises and promotes the incorporating training of students' key abilities and professional abilities.The experimental results in the past five years reveal that the reform improves graduates' innovation skills as well as professional abilities to some extent and is recognized by peers and employers.
